Boasting stars like Vic Carmen Sonne and Trine Dyrholm in its main cast, the movie then made its way to the theaters and premiered on the big screens on 17 & 23 January 2025 in Poland and Denmark respectively. Now, it is also streaming online on digital screens, offering fans a chance to enjoy it right from the comfort of their homes.

Informing the fans about the same, MUBI India, on January 23rd, 2025, took to its official social media handle and shared the intriguing trailer of the psychological horror thriller. Besides Vic Carmen Sonne and Trine Dyrholm, The Girl with the Needle stars a number of other actors including Avo Knox Martin, Tessa Hoder, Joachim Fjelstrup, and Besir Zeciri in the main cast.
