6 pairs of new trains will run in UP, great news for passengers
Agra.There is good news for railway passengers in Uttar Pradesh. Six pairs of new trains are going to start operating in Agra division from January 1. Due to completion of track doubling, electrification and other improvement works, the speed of many trains has been increased and the operating timings have been changed.
According to the new time table, the main ones among these six pairs of new trains are:
Dr. Ambedkarnagar–New Delhi Superfast Express
Nanded–Firozpur Express
Bhavnagar–Ayodhya Cantt Express
Madar–Darbhanga Amrit Bharat Express
Nanded–Tanakpur Express
Bareilly–Bandikui Passenger
Due to these trains, major stations like Mathura, Agra Cantt, Jhansi, Gwalior, Idgah, Tundla will be directly benefited. Apart from this, three pairs of trains have been expanded, which include Prayagraj–Bikaner Express and Ahmedabad–Patna Azimabad Express. The train numbers of four trains have been changed and the operating days of five trains have been amended. The new time table also includes operation of two pairs of special trains.
Please note that the stopping time of Durg-Shaheed Captain Tushar Mahajan Superfast Express at Agra Cantt station has been extended. Apart from this, 24 trains have been given experimental stoppage at various stations and arrival and departure timings of 28 trains have been changed.
