Beyond product displays, the exhibition is designed to facilitate direct business meetings between international buyers and Vietnamese furniture producers.
Organizers describe the event as part of the regional spring furniture fair circuit in March 2026, alongside other trade shows in Asia, including Export Furniture Exhibition (EFE, March 3–6), Malaysia International Furniture Fair (MIFF, March 4-7), Philippine International Furniture Show (March 5-7), Indonesia International Furniture Expo (March 5-8), and China International Furniture Fair (March 18-21).
The 2026 edition will also introduce a VIFA Expo Mascot Design Contest aimed at creating a representative symbol for the exhibition. The winning design is expected to be used in promotional activities related to the event and to highlight themes of sustainability within Vietnam’s furniture industry.
In parallel, organizers have launched the VIFA Expo 2026 – Creative Furniture Showcase. The initiative encourages Vietnamese indoor and outdoor furniture producers to strengthen in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, with a focus on higher value-added products. Participating enterprises will present products evaluated on both design and functionality standards.
Since its launch in 2008, VIFA Expo has held 16 editions and has grown into one of Vietnam’s largest furniture exhibitions, providing international buyers with access to export-oriented manufacturers in the country’s main production hubs.

To support international participants, the 2026 edition will offer services such as airport pickup at Tan Son Nhat International Airport, shuttle bus routes between exhibition venues and partner hotels, and discounted accommodation packages. Additional activities include factory tours in Binh Duong, seminars on global furniture market trends, and a joint talk show with Amazon focusing on export strategies.
Networking programs will include business lunches, gala dinners and a VIP buyer initiative offering selected participants accommodation support and other benefits.
According to organizers, the exhibition aims to provide a comprehensive trade environment, enabling buyers to source products and engage directly with manufacturers under standardized exhibition conditions.
