Cheating of Rs 7 crore in the name of getting ticket in Haryana elections, FIR against Congress leaders, Delhi Police starts investigation

In the last Haryana elections, the issue of taking money in exchange for tickets has gained momentum in the Congress party. Delhi Police has registered a case against some Congress leaders and their associates at North Avenue Police Station on the complaint of Gaurav Kumar of Haryana. It is alleged that Rs 7 crore was demanded from Gaurav’s wife Suchitra Devi for the ticket to Bawal assembly seat.

Suchitra Devi was also the general secretary of Haryana Mahila Congress in the past. But later the party expelled him. Gaurav claims that this money was given in different ways along with bank accounts.

Let us tell you that Congress had to face defeat in Haryana elections, there was a lot of fighting in the party regarding ticket distribution. Not only this, different factionalism was also seen. Now, after such sensational allegations, no statement from any Congress leader has come forward. Whereas the party had already shown the door to Suchitra Devi on charges of indiscipline.

At present, Delhi Police has registered a case in this matter and started investigation. But it is believed that in this case BJP has been given another weapon to attack Congress.

According to the complaint lodged with the police, Gaurav Kumar has alleged that money was given to many senior Congress leaders and their personal assistants in the name of getting tickets in the Haryana elections. The entire payment was made through middlemen and assistants. The leaders whose names are included include the names of K Suresh, KC Venugopal and other associates. Not only this, payment details and WhatsApp chat and transaction details have also been shared as evidence.
