7 years of Delhi Crime: Shefali Shah’s shine continues

Mumbai It has been seven years since the release of Shefali Shah’s superhit webseries ‘Delhi Crime’. On this special occasion, the actress expressed her feelings by sharing rare BTS photos from the shoot on Instagram. She wrote, “It’s been seven years since the magic of ‘Delhi Crime’ started, and I am still immersed in the same glow.”

Shefali played the brilliant role of IPS Vartika Chaturvedi in this series which was highly appreciated by the audience and critics. This role became a symbol of strength, struggle and sensitivity. In the first season, Vartika was seen facing the criminals with anger and enthusiasm, but in the third season, she solved the cases with compassion and empathy.

Shefali had told at the time of the release of the third season, “I was very scared. My soul was trembling thinking whether the audience would accept this change or not. But after reading the reviews, tears of joy came.” Vartika continued to show different colors in every situation – sometimes with strength, sometimes with courage, sometimes with kindness.

Co-star Rasika Duggal also reminisced about the character of ACP Neeti Singh. He wrote, “The precious moments between the shots of the story that we cherish with all our hearts.” This three-season series has become an example of Indian OTT. Its impact continues even today, which is clearly visible from Shefali’s post.
