72nd National Film Awards: The 72nd National Film Awards have been announced. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting announced the winners of the 72nd National Film Awards on Saturday, July 18, 2026. These awards are given in the Best Feature Film and Non-Feature Film categories for films released between January 2024 and December 31, 2024. This year, Rajkummar Rao’s film “Srikanth” won the Best Film Award.

Yami Gautam won the Best Actress Award for “Article 370”. This year, one actor each from Bollywood and South India was selected for the Best Actor Award.
