Paneer 900 grams, rice flour 4 teaspoons, sugar 3 kg, maida 6 tablespoons, small cardamom powder 2 teaspoons, water 3 liters, ghee 450 grams, water 2 tablespoons, cream 4 tablespoons, baking powder 1 teaspoon , Saffron one teaspoon.
To make this, first of all put 4 teaspoons of ghee and cheese together in a vessel. Mix flour, baking powder, rice flour and sift it in a strainer. After filtering, make two strings of syrup by mixing cardamom powder, saffron, 2 teaspoons ghee, one tablespoon water, sugar in a separate pan. Take a big frying pan, add ghee in it and keep it on fire. Now make a hole in the middle of a square cloth and fill it with this mixture. Then the jalebi shaped mixture of ghee will fall into the hot oil. When it turns light red, pick it up with tongs and put it in sugar syrup. By keeping it in that syrup for 5 minutes, the Jalebi will be completely filled with juice. Just take it out, cool it and eat it and also feed it to your family.

Paneer Korma

Fresh cheese 1 kg, onion 100 grams, green chili 15 pieces, red chili powder 2 teaspoons small, cauliflower pieces 30 pieces, almond kernel 50 grams, garam masala 2 teaspoons, bay leaves two, green peas two cups, grated. Coconut hundred grams, ground ginger one teaspoon, salt as per taste, tomato 200 grams, ground coriander 2 teaspoons, garlic 15 cloves, ghee hundred grams.
Cut the cheese into 1 inch long and half inch wide pieces. Boil cabbage and green peas in advance. Make paste of 4 tomatoes. Finely chop onion, then fry onion, almonds and coconut and grind them.
Now heat ghee in a pan and fry the paneer pieces until they turn brown. Now add bay leaves in this oil. When the bay leaves turn brown, add all the ground spices one by one. Also add ground almonds, onion and coconut.
Keep frying all this for 10 minutes. When it is roasted well, add tomato paste, cauliflower, peas and salt and keep stirring for a while, then cover it on low flame and let it cook.
After just 5 to 7 minutes your Paneer Korma will be ready. Take it down and add chopped coriander. If you add a little garam masala, it will smell even better.
