Zen diet based on Japanese principle Kaizen is unique in itself. Kaizen means improvement. In this diet, you choose and eat your food very wisely. For this, you have to avoid sugar, processed food and fried foods completely or take minimum quantity of them so that it can help in controlling the increased weight. But it should be followed only after expert advice.
Diet should be rich in protein
Be sure to include protein in your diet. The body takes less time to digest carbohydrates and fats while it takes more time to digest proteins. After eating protein, we feel full and hence we do not feel hungry later.
