People of India often like to eat it in the afternoon or evening. Pani Puri is made in more than 20 ways, of which sour Pani Puri, sweet Pani Puri, and spicy Pani Puri are considered to be the most popular.
Benefits of eating Golgappa
1.People often get mouth ulcers due to heat in their stomach and due to ulcers, there is difficulty in eating. Even a small amount of chilli causes burning sensation in the entire mouth. Mint is added to Golgappa water which helps in getting rid of mouth ulcers quickly.
2. Acidity: Acidity is also one of the benefits of Golgappa, which can be got rid of. Jaljeera along with flour panipuri should contain a mixture of mint, raw mango, black salt, black pepper, ground cumin and common salt. By mixing all these things, acidity can be removed within a few minutes.
3. Golgappa is also good for those people who suffer from stomach gas because Golgappa contains black pepper, black salt and ginger which removes the problem of gas in your stomach.
4. If you want to reduce your obesity, then take Golgappa water, add mint, lemon and raw mango in it and consume it at least twice a week. Keep in mind that do not use sweets in this drink.
