Congress' promise in Haryana elections, promised ₹6,000 pension in 7 guarantees

Live Hindi News :- Before the Haryana assembly elections, senior citizen allowance of Rs. 6,000 will be paid, old pension will be paid to government employees, free medical insurance up to Rs. 25 lakh has been announced by the Congress party, including 7 major promises. Elections for the 90-member Haryana Assembly will be held in a single phase on October 5. Counting of votes in this election will take place on October 8 and the results will also be declared on the same day.

In such a situation, the Congress party has today announced 7 important promises to attract the voters of Haryana. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge made these announcements at a function organized at the Congress headquarters in Delhi in the presence of Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal, former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda, Haryana Congress President Uday Pan and senior party leaders.

If Congress comes to power in Haryana, caste-wise census will be conducted and legal guarantee of minimum support price will be given as per the demand of farmers. Income limit of creamy layer will be increased from Rs. 6 lakh to Rs. 10 lakh. Monthly pension for old age, disabled and widows under social security scheme will be Rs. 6,000 will be provided, old pension scheme for government employees will be restored.

300 units of free electricity will be provided to households, the Congress party has promised to provide free medical insurance up to Rs. 25 lakh. Speaking to reporters later, Kharge said, “We will implement these 7 promises. Apart from these seven guarantees, other promises included in our party's 53-page manifesto will be explained in detail in Chandigarh.”
