PM Modi invites public to bid on his souvenirs

Latest News :- Prime Minister Modi today (Thursday) appealed to the public to auction the souvenirs given to him on various occasions. He said in a post published on his X page: Every year, I usually auction off souvenirs given to me at various public events. The proceeds from the auction will be used for the 'Namami Gange' initiative. I am happy to inform that this year's auction has started. I request you to auction the souvenirs you are interested in,” he said.

'Namami Gange' is a government initiative to protect and restore the river Ganga. The auction price of Prime Minister's souvenirs starts from Rs 600 and goes up to Rs 8.26 lakh. For the last one year, the auction of mementos received by Prime Minister Modi used to start on his birthday. This auction will run till October 2. It is said that around 600 items are available for auction.

Every year I auction various souvenirs I find during public events. The proceeds of the auction are given to the Namami Gange initiative. I am happy to announce that this year's auction has started. Bid on memorabilia that interests you!
