Latest News :- Naib Singh Saini will take oath as the Chief Minister of Haryana today. Naib Singh Saini took over as the Chief Minister of Haryana last March after the resignation of Manohar Lal Khattar. After this, in the Haryana Assembly elections held on 5th of this month, BJP has won 48 out of 90 seats and has come to power for the third consecutive time. Congress, which won 37 seats, will sit in the opposition.

In such a situation, a meeting was held in Chandigarh yesterday under the leadership of Union Home Minister Amit Shah to select the BJP leader of Haryana Assembly. In this meeting, it was announced that Naib Singh Saini was unanimously re-elected as Haryana Assembly BJP President. After the meeting, Union Minister Amit Shah said, “Today a meeting of BJP assembly members was held. A proposal was accepted unanimously. Krishnabedi and Anil Vij proposed it.

He nominated Naib Singh Saini as the leader of the legislative party. He said, “I declare Naib Singh Saini as the leader of BJP Constituent Assembly Party.” After this, BJP MLA Nayab Singh went to Governor House in Chandigarh along with Union Minister Amit Shah. He handed over A's letter to the Governor and claimed to form the government. After this, BJP has announced that Nayab Singh Saini will take oath as Chief Minister today (17 October) at 10 am at Dussehra Ground in Panchkula. The event will be attended by Prime Minister Modi, Union Ministers, Chief Ministers of BJP ruled states and leaders of National Democratic Alliance parties.
