PM Modi renews his membership as first active member of BJP

The Prime Minister had started the membership of BJP party on 2 September. 47 lakh people registered as members on the very first day. In the first round of membership registration, which ran from September 2 to September 25, 6 crore people registered. More than 1 crore members have joined in Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. 85 lakh people participated in Gujarat and 50 lakh people participated in Assam.

Phase 2 membership enrollment started on 1st. Its draft will be prepared on the 15th. In Lok Sabha constituencies, assembly constituencies, districts and mandals where BJP members are less, priority is being given to increase the number of members. Attention is being given to membership registration at the booth level. Prime Minister Modi, who updated his record as the first member of BJP, has said on the ex-site: I am proud to be the first member of BJP. This gives impetus to the efforts to build a developed India.

To become an active member of the party, at least 50 people will have to be registered as members at the booth or assembly constituency level.
