Latest News :- BR Naidu, elected as the chairman of the board of trustees of Tirupati Seven Malayan Temples (TTD), has criticized Vakpu Variyam as a real estate company. Speaking to reporters recently, AIMIM party leader and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi said that there is not a single non-Hindu in the 24-member Tirupati Tirumala Devasthanams. Its new leader says that every person working in the temple should be a Hindu. But Modi government wants to keep two non-Muslims in the Waqf Board.
Responding to Owaisi's remarks, BR Naidu, who has been elected as the chairman of the board of trustees of Tirupati Edumalayan Temple (TTD), said in a private media interview, “The Waqf Board is a real estate company. How can a senior politician like Owaisi compare it with Devasthanam? He said, “I strongly condemn his opinion.”
BR Naidu was recently appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Tirupati Eyumalayan Temple (TTD) in Andhra state. Besides, 24 people have been appointed members of the DDT Committee. All people working in Tirumala Devasthanams must be Hindus. PR Naidu had said that he would discuss with the state government whether people of different religions working in Devasthanams should be transferred to other government jobs or sent home on compulsory leave.
