Latest News :- BJP candidate Barak Shah, who is contesting Maharashtra Assembly elections, started Main Infra Construction in 2002. Later, he became a real estate tycoon and in 2017 the BJP gave him a seat. Subsequently, he was elected as the municipal councilor of Gadgopar East.
In 2019, Barack Shah won the assembly elections for the first time by a margin of 53,000 votes. In such a situation, BJP has given him another chance to contest elections from Ghatgopar East seat of Maharashtra. After filing the nomination, he has submitted the details of his assets to the Election Commission in the form of an affidavit.
In this, Barak Shah has told that he has assets worth Rs 3300 crore. As MLA, Barak Shah's wealth has increased by 575 percent in the last 5 years. He has told that he has movable assets worth Rs 3,315.52 crore and immovable assets worth Rs 67.53 crore. It is noteworthy that while filing nomination papers in the last 2019 elections, Barak Shah had said that his total assets are only Rs 550.62 crore.
