9. Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon

10. Ajwain – 1/2 teaspoon

11. Mustard oil – 2 teaspoons

12. Salt – according to taste

13. Green coriander – for garnishing

Method:

1. Prepare the radish: First grate the radish and squeeze out its excess water. Do not throw this water, you can use it in dal or vegetable. Wash the radish leaves and chop them finely, as they bring special taste and nutrition to the bhujia.

2. Prepare the Tadka: Heat mustard oil in a pan. When the oil is hot enough, add carom seeds to it. When the carom seeds start crackling, add finely chopped onions and fry them until golden brown.

3. Add spices: After the onions are sauteed, add chopped green chilies and garlic and saute it for 2-3 minutes. Now add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix the spices well and saute for a few seconds.

4. Add radish: Now add grated radish and radish leaves. Mix well and cover and let it cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes. Radish gets cooked in its own juice, so there is no need to add water to it. Keep stirring in between so that it does not burn.

5. Final touch: When the radish is completely cooked and all the water has evaporated, add garam masala to it and mix well. Cook for 2-3 more minutes and then turn off the gas.

6. Decoration: Take out the Bhujia in a plate and garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves. Your delicious and spicy Radish Bhujia is now ready.
