Teekha falafel, follow easy recipe

Teekha falafel�रेसिपी: You will definitely like the taste. It is made from white gram. However, to prepare falafel from chickpeas, soak the chickpeas a night before. To make falafel, white gram has to be soaked in water for 5-7 hours. Who would not like to spend leisure time with a cup of tea in this season? Be it morning, evening or night, a cup of tea doubles the fun. When we eat delicious and crispy falafel with tea, its taste increases even more, so definitely follow the recipe given by us.

Material:

Whole coriander – 1 teaspoon

Cumin seeds – 1 tablespoon

red bell pepper

Chickpeas – 2 cups (soaked)

Red chillies – 4

Garlic – 5-6

Salt – to taste

Parsley leaves – 8-10

White vinegar – 1 tablespoon

Oil for frying

Method:

First of all, collect and keep the ingredients mentioned above.

Then heat a pan and add dry coriander and cumin seeds and fry them.

Now peel the capsicum and cut it in half.

Now add gram, coriander seeds, red chilli, garlic cloves, chopped capsicum, salt, parsley, and vinegar to the jar and grind it.

Heat oil in a pan. Take small portions of the mixture.

Shape it and put it in oil and turn it on both sides.
