New Air Force Chief: Air Marshal Amarpreet Singh will be the next Air Force Chief; Know about him

New Air Force Chief: Air Force Chief Air Chief Marshal Vivek Ram Choudhary will retire on September 30, 2024. After which he will be replaced by Air Marshal Amar Preet Singh. Who has been appointed as the next Air Force Chief. Air Marshal Amar Preet Singh is currently serving as the Deputy Chief of the Air Force.

According to the information, Air Marshal Amar Preet Singh will take over as the next Air Force Chief from the afternoon of September 30, 2024. He will be the 28th Air Force Chief. Earlier, he took over as the 47th Deputy Chief of the Indian Air Force on 1 February 2023. Air Marshal Amar Preet Singh has 38 years of experience.

Air Marshal Amar Preet Singh was born on 27 October 1964. He was commissioned into the fighter stream of the Indian Air Force on 21 December 1984 from the Air Force Academy, Dundigal. He has trained at the National Defence Academy Khadakvasla and Air Force Academy Dundigal. He is also an alumnus of the Defence Services Staff College Wellington.

Air Marshal Amar Preet Singh has also received training from the National Defense College in New Delhi. He recently surprised everyone by flying the Indian fighter jet Tejas. 59-year-old Air Marshal Amar Preet Singh, the next Chief of the Indian Air Force, has been awarded the Param Vishisht Seva Medal and the Ati Vishisht Seva Medal.
