Citing a Reuters report, Mint has said that the creator of these chatbots had given information about Star Health's data to Jason Parker, a British security researcher. He gave this information to the security agencies. According to the report, attempts are being made to sell personal information of policyholders through Telegram. Those making such claims are also providing samples. Reuters has also downloaded them. These contain information about the name, mobile number, address, tax details, ID card, test results and medical condition of the policyholders. On the other hand, the company has said that the customer's data is safe.
