Ranchi: A preparatory meeting of the Scheduled Caste, Tribe, Backward, Minority Department and LDM Coordinator was held in Congress Bhawan regarding the assembly elections. National Coordinator K Raju, State Congress President Keshav Mahato Kamlesh, Legislative Party Leader Dr. Rameshwar Oraon and former State Congress President Pradeep Kumar Balmuchu were specially present in the meeting.

K Raju said that the sentiments of the workers of the organization will be respected and initiatives will be taken to complete the unfinished works of the present government. Issues like the formation of Scheduled Caste Commission and Wakf Board will be resolved through coordination between the government and the organization. He said that the assembly elections are a big challenge and the opposition parties are attacking with false tactics, avoiding which, the truth has to be put before the public.

State Congress President Keshav Mahto Kamlesh said that he understands the pain of every worker of the organization and when the right time comes, everyone will get representation. Targeting the BJP, he said that the BJP wants to serve its political interests by misleading the people on the issue of infiltration, but the people of Jharkhand are not paying attention to such issues.

Dr. Rameshwar Oraon said that in the last 5 years, the government has done many public welfare works, which are directly related to the economic development of the people. He advised the workers to avoid the false issues of the opponents and convey the works of the government to the people.

Pradeep Kumar Balmuchu said that the workers are enthusiastic and keeping this enthusiasm intact, they will have to work in the elections by keeping personal interests aside. It is necessary for the candidates of Congress and Mahagathbandhan to work strongly to win more seats.

Manzoor Ansari, Abhilash Sahu, Joshai Mardi, Suren Ram and others were also present in this meeting.
