Material

  • 4 cups bottle gourd
  • 4 cups cauliflower
  • 2 cups pasta
  • 2 sprigs curry leaves
  • 4 tsp wheat flour
  • Half a cup of olive oil
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 teaspoons chili flakes
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder

Method of making

  • To make white sauce pasta, first peel a gourd.
    Then wash it with water and cut it with the help of a knife. Now cut the cauliflower with the help of a knife and wash it with water.
    Now add bottle gourd, cauliflower, curry leaves, salt, black pepper powder and 2 cups water in a pressure cooker and cook it.
    Turn off the gas after 2 whistles. When the whistles stop, remove the curry leaves from it.
    After this, put oil, salt and pasta in 2 cups of water in a bowl and keep it to boil.
    Now prepare a smooth puree with the help of a blender. When the pasta is boiled, separate its water and keep it aside.
    After this, place a pan on the gas to heat it. When the pan is hot, add olive oil to it.
    When the oil becomes hot, add wheat flour and fry it.
    When the flour dissolves well in the oil, add 2 cups of milk and mix it.
    After 5 minutes, add the prepared vegetable puree into it.
    Then add boiled pasta and mix it.
    When the puree is mixed well with the pasta, add chilli flakes, salt and oregano and mix.
    When the mixture thickens, turn off the gas. Healthy and tasty white sauce pasta is ready.
