Tata Steel UISL Bonus: Employees of Jamshedpur-Tata Steel UISL (formerly ZUSCO) will get 18.37 percent bonus. The decision was taken in an agreement between Tata Steel UISL management and JUSCO workers union on Friday. Under this the company is giving Rs 7.91 crore 30 thousand as bonus this year. An annual bonus of Rs.7.40 crore was given. The money will be transferred to the employee’s bank account on September 24. A total of 678 employees will be given bonus amount. However, bonus for employees of the company is not decided on percentage basis. A lump sum is awarded. The maximum bonus of Rs 3 lakh 95 thousand will be given to old grade employees this year. Its D grade employees will get a maximum bonus of Rs.1 lakh 7 thousand and JS grade (new series) will get a minimum bonus of Rs.59151. The agreement was signed on Friday under the supervision of TLC Rajesh Prasad. The agreement was signed by Tata Steel UISL MD Rituraj Sinha, Senior GM VP Singh, Head HRIR Devi Prasad Pandala, Jusco Workers Union President Raghunath Pandey, Executive President Amarnath Tiwari, Vice President Manish Dubey, General Secretary CDS Krishnan and Treasurer Gopal Jaiswal. Akhilesh Roy and Manoj Pandey signed the contract. Bonus eligibility is based on the company’s performance on various parameters. These include profit before taxes (PBT), safety performance, complaints compliance, top box, transmission and distribution losses, total unclaimed water, customer satisfaction index, frequency of complaints, active participation in SGA activities and productivity.
