Vedang Raina is going to be seen playing the role of Alia Bhatt’s brother in the film ‘Jigra’. Recently, Vedang appeared as a guest on ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ along with Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar. As always, Kapil Sharma asked funny questions to the guests who appeared on his show in this episode. During this, when he asked a question to Vedang Raina, he took full care that Khushi must be mentioned in the show. Without adding the name Kapoor, Kapil teased Vedang a lot and Karan Johar also supported him a lot.

The news of Vedang Raina and Sridevi’s daughter Khushi Kapoor dating is going viral on social media. However, both of them have not yet made any official confirmation about their relationship. Both are often seen spending time with each other. Kapil asked Vedang, “Vedang, you are a big fan of Alia and now you are working with her in Jigara, but you are playing the role of her brother.”

Vedang replied to Kapil’s question saying that obviously I am happy…and Karan Johar interrupted him and said, “Ok, I am happy.” Kapil Sharma and Alia Bhatt both laughed a lot at this statement of Karan and Vedang blushed completely. Seeing Vedang blushing like this, Kapil teased him again and asked Vedang where do you get the most happiness? And once again there was laughter.

Vedang answered Kapil’s question with a smile. He said that I get the most happiness on the set. I am happy that I got a chance to work with Alia. I have been her fan for a long time. Sharing screen space with her is a big deal for me. During this, Kapil also asked Vedang a question about him. While answering Kapil’s question, Vedang said that he is definitely from Kashmir, but he has never lived in Kashmir. His parents used to live in Delhi and when he was born, they shifted to Mumbai. That’s why Vedang is from Mumbai. However, he is also a Kashmiri in a way because his ancestors were from there. Along with this, Vedang also said that no one brought him here by breaking him.

Vedang and Alia’s Jigra is going to release in theaters on 11 October 2024. This film is very special for Alia Bhatt because she is not only acting in this film but she has also produced this film along with her mentor Karan Johar.
