SP MP Awadhesh Prasad's son in deep trouble before UP by-elections, FIR lodged under serious sections
Lucknow. Before the UP Assembly by-elections, a case has been registered against Ajit Prasad, son of Samajwadi Party MP Awadhesh Prasad from Ayodhya. Ajit Prasad is accused of kidnapping from a car, assaulting and threatening. Let us tell you that Awadhesh Prasad's son is preparing for the by-election to be held on the Milkipur seat of Ayodhya.

A case has been registered against Ajit Prasad in the city police station of Ayodhya. On the complaint of Ravi Kumar Tiwari, the police have registered a case against Ajit Prasad, son of Ayodhya MP Awadhesh Prasad. A case has been registered against him under sections of kidnapping, assault in the car and threatening. In this FIR, along with Ajit Prasad, Raju Yadav, Shrikant Rai and 10-15 unknown people are named. The police have registered a case against these accused in the city police station under crime number 528/2024.
While giving a complaint to the police, the victim said that Ajit Prasad pointed a gun at him and all of them started beating him in the car. They kept beating him all the way. Then they stopped the car near the tehsil and also made a video of taking back one lakh rupees. Victim Ravi Tiwari alleges that Ajit Prasad has also threatened to kill him.
SP may give ticket to Ajit Prasad from Milkipur
Let us tell you that Awadhesh Prasad has won the Ayodhya-Faizabad seat in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Earlier, he was elected MLA from Milkipur seat of Ayodhya. Now by-election is to be held on Milkipur seat. It is believed that Samajwadi Party can give ticket to Awadhesh Prasad's (SP MP Awadhesh Prasad) son Ajit Prasad from Milkipur and he himself is busy preparing for it. However, it has not been formally announced yet.

BJP is scared of Awadhesh Prasad's popularity: SP
On the case being registered against the son of Ayodhya MP, SP leader Udayveer Singh said that there is a by-election in Milkipur. Awadhesh ji is a popular leader there. His name and respect has increased here. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is upset. That is why when elections were held in two states, the by-elections in UP were not announced. A former IAS, an advisor to the Chief Minister, is busy with full force in intimidating whom to convince in the police administration. He said that this matter should be investigated and after the investigation, whatever comes out, action is taken, an FIR is filed. To my knowledge, no such incident has happened in which an FIR is needed. The government is targeting only political people. All this is being done to win the by-election, but the public also understands everything, people understand everything.
The SP leader said that it is the common man who lodges FIRs everywhere. The police do not complain themselves. Sometimes the common man makes a true complaint and many times complaints are made by encouraging and planning the same. This is happening in the entire state, wherever any person is politically active and especially where there are elections, some action or the other is being taken there. Action was taken at the house of candidate Ramesh Bind in Majhava. Are only those people doing wrong things in whose places elections are being held? Those people are doing wrong things forcefully. Ways are being opened to trap people in which the entire administration and the government are engaged. The government is misusing power. Instead of identifying the criminals, when the police will start arranging full full toss balls for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) politically, then the law and order of the state will definitely collapse.

BJP leader Manish Shukla said that whenever Samajwadi Party and Akhilesh Yadav's political power increases, their real character comes to the fore, which is of crime and rape. Their MPs are committing incest in the city of Lord Shri Ram. First they gave protection to Moeed Khan, now an FIR has been lodged on the extortion case of his son and there is a Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Uttar Pradesh. If someone takes the law into their hands, even if his father is an MP, action will be ensured. The police have filed an FIR, now action will also be taken. Uttar Pradesh will not be left at the mercy of goons. Akhilesh Yadav is the same person who used to advocate for releasing terrorists while being the Chief Minister so that religious harmony is maintained.
