When walking in space is so difficult, then how do astronauts walk without gravity, know here…

It becomes very difficult for astronauts to walk in space because gravity stops working there. This makes it very difficult to take care of health. Space travel is as exciting as it is difficult because zero gravity causes disturbance in the fluids present in the body and the blood pressure of a person. But in such a situation the question arises that when walking in space is so difficult, then how do astronauts walk without gravity and how do they come back inside the spacecraft after going out of it. Spacewalk is the most thrilling experience for astronauts. Earlier only astronauts of government agencies used to do spacewalks but now private spacewalks are being carried out.

Recently, passengers have reached space by boarding SpaceX's Polaris Dawn mission. Billionaire Jared Isaacman has become the first unprofessional person to do a spacewalk. First let us understand what a spacewalk is. According to the American space agency NASA, whenever any astronaut goes out of the spacecraft, it is called a spacewalk. Spacewalk is technically called EVA i.e. Extra Vehicular Activity.

This is how spacewalks are done. Whenever astronauts go on a spacewalk, they have to pay special attention to its safety. For this, they wear special spacesuits. This suit is not an ordinary suit. Inside this spacesuit, there is sufficient amount of oxygen for breathing, there is water to quench thirst. Astronauts wear spacesuits much before going on a spacewalk. After wearing this suit, astronauts breathe in absolutely clean and pure oxygen for a few hours. This removes all the nitrogen present in the body of the astronaut. Because the presence of nitrogen inside the astronaut is very dangerous. If nitrogen is not removed, gas bubbles can also form in the body of the astronaut during the spacewalk.

How to return to the spacecraft after a spacewalk When all the preparations are complete, the astronauts open the 'airlock'. It has two doors. As long as the astronauts are inside the spacecraft, the airlock is airtight, so that no air of any kind can go out. When the astronauts are ready to go out into space, they first go through the door. After this, they close it tightly behind them. This prevents any air from escaping from the spacecraft. After the spacewalk, the astronauts also go back inside through the 'airlock'. While doing a spacewalk, they also remain connected to the spacecraft through the space safety tether

?The record for doing the most spacewalksThe record for doing the most spacewalks is registered in the name of Russian cosmonaut Anatoly Solovyev. He has done spacewalk not once or twice but sixteen times. He has done spacewalk for more than 82 hours in space. Along with this, four astronauts of NASA have also done 10-10 spacewalks. Their names are Michael Lopez-Alegria, Bob Behnken, Peggy Whitson and Chris Cassidy. Out of these four, Michael has done spacewalk for the longest time. Michael's total time is more than 67 hours

.In zero gravity, one has to take special care of health. Recently, a new research report on space was published. It was said that due to zero gravity in space, it is very important to take care of health. If a passenger gets a heart attack during space flight, then it becomes impossible to give him CPR without a solid and hard ground, because on earth, CPR is given by lying down on the floor. In such a situation, survival becomes very difficult.
