Passengers at airports across the country are facing obstacles in accessing airport lounges.
Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL), a subsidiary of Adani Group, on Sunday said this was due to the abrupt suspension of services by Dreamfox.
AAHL said in a statement that it is actively working with banks to resume services immediately. Services had not been restored till the time of issuing the statement.
AAHL operates seven airports in the country – Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram and Mangaluru.
The company said in a statement, “Passengers at airports across India are facing disruption in meeting access. This is due to the unexpected suspension of services by Dreamfox Services Limited, which provides meeting access in partnership with several banks.”
AAHL said it is working closely with banks to restore services immediately.
