Today we have brought the recipe of making Prasadam laddu for you. So let's know the method of making it at home.

These are the necessary ingredients to make Prasadam Laddu

Two cups of gram flour
One cup ghee
One cup ghee
powdered sugar
15 nuts
15 almonds
15 raisins
One teaspoon chopped pistachio
One teaspoon cardamom powder

How to make Prasadam Laddu

To make Prasadam Laddu, first take a big pan and add one cup of ghee. After the ghee melts, add two cups of gram flour to it. After mixing the gram flour well, fry it on low flame till it turns brown, when a mild aroma starts coming from it, then reduce the flame of the gas completely.

Now chop cashews, raisins and almonds very finely. After chopping them, mix these dry fruits in gram flour. Then add a little water to the gram flour. This makes the gram flour laddu grainy. Now keep the gram flour on the gas until its water dries up. When the water dries up, turn off the gas and take out the gram flour in another large vessel.

When the gram flour is slightly warm, add sugar powder and cardamom powder to it and mix well. When the sugar and gram flour are mixed well, take the mixture in your hands and start making laddus. Keep the prepared laddus aside in a plate and press and stick pistachio shavings on top. Your Desi Ghee laddus are ready
