Ingredients for making Spinach and Moong Dal Cheela

1/2 cup soaked green moong dal
A cup of chopped spinach
6 to 7 cloves garlic
1 onion
One capsicum
Salt to taste
Oil

This is the way to make moong dal and spinach cheela

To make moong dal cheela, first soak the moong overnight. In the morning, grind the moong and spinach together in a mixer and make a fine paste by adding a little salt. Now crush capsicum and one onion (you can use any vegetable of your choice) and add it to this mixture.

Now add 1 spoon of Chat Masala and keep it aside for half an hour. After this, heat the pan and stir the mixture well once again. Now pour the mixture on the pan. Add some ghee and turn it over and let it cook lightly from the other side. Now serve it with sweet and mint chutney.
