Rise in stock market continues, Sensex again at new record high, Nifty close to 26000, upper circuit in 455 stocks

Stock Market All Time High: The trend of continuous rise in the stock market continues. Today again Sensex and Nifty recorded new record highs. In the last trading session, Sensex rose 436.22 points to an all-time high of 84980.53, while Nifty reached an all-time high of 25956, close to 26000.

In the end, the Sensex rose 384.30 points to close at 84928.61, while the Nifty rose 148.10 points to close at 25939.05. The market cap of BSE also reached a record high of 475.94.

Market breadth positive

Out of the total 4233 stocks traded on BSE, 2387 stocks closed in favor of gains and 1725 stocks closed in favor of losses. 455 stocks hit upper circuit and 275 stocks hit lower circuit. 345 stocks reached year's highest level and 40 stocks reached year's lowest level. Which shows the market breadth to be positive.
