Elon Musk has promised to take “anyone who wants to be an astronaut” to Mars – but that won't happen if Kamala Harris becomes US president. On Sunday night, Musk told his X followers he would send five spacecraft to Mars in just two years.
He further added, “There will be thousands of stars on Mars and it will be an amazing sight to see!”
However, one vocal Donald Trump supporter said another Democratic president would “destroy the Mars program and destroy humanity by drowning it in red tape”. Musk also said earlier this month that “we will never get to Mars”.
