Barcelona are likely to be without their first-choice goalkeeper for up to eight months after Ter Stegen ruptured his patella tendon in his right knee during Sunday’s win over Villarreal. The German is set to undergo surgery before he begins his long road to recovery.

Olmo is set to sit out a third consecutive match after picking up a hamstring injury in the 4-1 win over Girona earlier this month. The attacker is hoping to return in time for next month’s Champions League clash with Bayern.
