Lamine Yamal also gave a brilliant assist in the match, thanks to which Raphinha scored his second goal of the match. Picking up the ball from the right flank, the youngster made a great pass to his teammate over the Villarreal defense line with the outside of his foot. The Brazilian also made sure that he was successful in scoring a goal.
Robert Lewandowski scored twice in the 20th and 35th minutes to give Hansi Flick's side a two-goal lead before Ayoze Perez halved the lead three minutes after the Blaugrana's second goal.
