* Korba / In compliance with the instructions given by Superintendent of Police Siddharth Tiwari for taking strict action against diesel coal theft, gambling, betting, excise and illegal scrap taking place in the area, under the guidance of City Superintendent of Police Vimal Kumar Pathak, upon instructions given by Police Station Incharge Kusmunda to his subordinate officers and employees, on behalf of the applicant government, Kusmunda Police District Korba Sub Inspector D R Thakur, on the information received from the informer, reached Vaishali Nagar and verified the information and seized about 7 quintals of iron tin from the possession of accused Nasir Sheikh father Rakhik Sheikh resident of Imli Chhapar, Police Station Kusmunda, total worth about Rs. 20,000 and registered a complaint no. Action has been taken under No. 05/24 Section 35 (1) D. 303, (2) BNS and the seized goods have been kept at the spot itself and locked. After reporting to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate Katghora, the same was sealed by the Executive Magistrate Darri District Korba. Besides this, a letter has been written to the SDM for sealing action of two junk shops located in Katghora Police Station and Sarvamangala Outpost. Inspector Rupak Sharma, Khana Incharge Kusmunda, Sub-Inspector D R Thakur, MP R. Kiran Kerketta R Lekhram Dhire, Dheeraj Patel played a key role in the above action.
