Hemant demanded 1 lakh 36 thousand crore rupees from the center

Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren said that today once again the state government has written a letter to the central government demanding the outstanding amount of Rs 1 lakh 36 thousand crore. If the central government does not pay this outstanding amount, then it should pay the interest on it so that the state government can pay Rs 2 thousand per month i.e. Rs 24 thousand annually to the women here as honorarium.

Why is Sarna Dharma Code not recognised?

The Chief Minister said that after a lot of struggle, the Sarna Dharma Code Bill was passed by the Assembly and sent to the Central Government, but unfortunately, due to the indifference of the Central Government, the tribal community here has not yet received the recognition of the Sarna Dharma Code. The Chief Minister said that our government has approved the rice production industry on a large scale within the state. Very soon we will speed up the system of paddy procurement and the rice that is being built in our factory will be produced and distributed among the poor of the state.

Chief Minister gave gifts to Khunti and Simdega districts..

The Chief Minister gave a total gift of 73,454.146 lakh rupees to Khunti and Simdega districts in the program “Aapki Yojana-Aapki Sarkar-Aapke Dwar”. Inaugurated-laid the foundation stone of various development schemes and distributed assets worth around 148 crore rupees among 133,881 beneficiaries of both the districts. This includes the inauguration-laid the foundation stone of 154 schemes worth Rs 31,360.918 lakh under Khunti district, while inaugurated-laid the foundation stone of 143 schemes worth Rs 42,093.228 lakh under Simdega district.

On this occasion, Minister Rameshwar Oraon, Minister Satyanand Bhokta, MP Kalicharan Munda, MLA Naman Vikas Kongadi, MLA Bhushan Bada, District Council Chairman Masih Gudiya, South Chotanagpur Division Commissioner Anjani Kumar Mishra, besides Deputy Commissioner and Superintendent of Police of Khunti and Simdega districts and many officers of the district administration were present.
