In the film, Adams portrayed Mike Ross, a bright college dropout with a photographic memory who starts a legal career despite never having gone to law school.

From the show’s 2011 premiere to its conclusion in season 7, when he and co-star Meghan Markle—who played Rachel Zane—left the cast, the actor starred in it. Nonetheless, Adams made a comeback in the ninth and last season, which debuted in 2019.
