Bus hits child on Purvanchal Expressway, resulting in death; angry villagers block the road

Sultanpur. A bus hit a student going to school near the 164 milestone on the Purvanchal Expressway. The child died in the accident. After this incident, angry villagers first blocked the local road and then the students blocked the Purvanchal Expressway, leading to long vehicle queues.

According to the information, 14-year-old Lavkush, a resident of Pasiyapara village, was going to Shriram Dev Singh Inter College on his bicycle in the morning. He died on the spot after being hit by a roadways bus coming on Dostpur Nempur road before Kamtaganj market. Lavkush was completely injured as his head came under the wheel.

After the incident, the villagers stopped the bus and caught the driver. In anger, they also vandalized the bus and blocked the traffic. The local road remained blocked for about three hours, after which the college students also blocked the Purvanchal Expressway.
