AI based strategy

Patel further added, “We are doing this with our strategy focused on 'hybrid cloud' and artificial intelligence, or AI, two of the most transformative technologies of our time.”

Patel said AI is not just a buzzword but a key growth driver for India. Citing a recent survey by IBM, he said 59 per cent of Indian enterprises are using AI, which is the highest globally. Investment in these technologies will also increase in India, and Indians will also benefit from this latest AI technology.

However, he cautioned that there are significant hurdles in the process of experimentation to expansion of AI. Patel urged companies to consider three fundamental questions while using AI: how to make it more practical for its use cases in real life, how to ensure its use with responsibility and how to seamlessly incorporate it in daily operations. Sandeep Patel has said that, “To achieve the goal of developed India, it is necessary to increase the ability to use AI responsibly, which includes transparency, explainability, robustness, secrecy and fairness.”
