Karan Johar, who recently shared a clip from their conversation, was also with the RRR stars. In a quote from the conversation, Jr. NTR stated, “I can’t imagine any other friend in Bombay other than Alia…and of course after she, came Ranbir. So it wasn’t Ranbir and me who were friends but it was me and Alia, it was after her that he followed.”

Continuing, the interview also featured Jr. NTR and Alia Bhatt joking around over who named their movie first. The actor found it funny as the pronunciation of both of their flicks sounded alike.

Vasan Bala and Debashish Irengbam co-wrote the action thriller Jigra, which stars Alia Bhatt in the lead role. The movie tells the story of Satya, a young lady who had a difficult upbringing. She only had her brother as a relative.

Now, the brother is imprisoned and being tortured in a foreign prison. Satya is forced to act alone in order to free her brother from prison since she has no other option. The film features an ensemble cast of performers including Vedang Raina, and more in important parts. It is scheduled for release in theaters on October 11, 2024.

In contrast, Koratala Siva’s Devara: Part 1 tells the story of dread, among the residents of seaside community. Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor play the key roles in the film as well.
