I am a boy from Haryana, you cannot break my spirit- Arvind Kejriwal said after the road show in Sirsa – Read

Assembly election campaign in Haryana has gained momentum. Leaders of major parties contesting the elections have started campaigning. Former Chief Minister of Delhi and National Convenor of Aam Aadmi Party Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday targeted the central government after a road show in Rania of Sirsa district. He also said that they wanted to break my spirits but I am a boy from Haryana, they can break anyone’s spirits but not those of the people of Haryana.

Former Chief Minister Kejriwal said in Rania, “They tried hard to break me in the jail. I am a diabetic patient. They stopped my insulin. They wanted to break my spirits, but they forgot that I am a boy from Haryana. They can break anyone’s spirits but not those of people from Haryana.” Kejriwal held a roadshow in support of AAP candidate Harpinder Singh in Rania on Tuesday.

A corrupt man cannot do so many things: Kejriwal

He said, “You know these people put me in jail, I was in jail for 5 months. My only fault was that in 10 years I built many government schools for the children of the poor in Delhi. Earlier there used to be power cuts for 7-8 hours in Delhi, but now it does not happen. Along with Delhi, I made electricity free in Punjab as well. Apart from this, I also started free pilgrimages for the elderly in Delhi and Punjab. No corrupt person can do so many things.”

I will make electricity free in Haryana too: Kejriwal

Former CM Kejriwal said, “This son of yours, this brother of yours has made your Haryana proud in the country and the entire world. He came out of Haryana and formed the government in Delhi, after that he formed the government in Punjab as well.” He further said, “Now I want to tell you, give me a chance to serve Haryana as well, I will build good schools in Haryana as well, I will make electricity free, I will build good hospitals.” He further said, “You will ask how will you form the government, is it being formed? So my answer is that whatever government is being formed, it is not being formed without us.”

Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party is contesting the assembly elections in Haryana alone. The party has fielded its candidates on 88 seats in the state. Voting will be held in a single phase in Haryana on October 5. While the counting of votes will take place on October 8.
