Caramel candy: Make caramel candy at home, the recipe is very easy
Butter – 12 tbsp
Sugar – ½ cup
Light corn syrup – 3 tbsp
Sweetened condensed milk – 420 ml
Vanilla – ½ tsp
coarse sea salt
First of all, heat butter and sugar in a pan on medium flame.
Now add corn syrup and condensed milk and cook till it comes to a boil.
Lower the flame and cook for 7-8 minutes until it turns golden brown. Keep stirring it from time to time so that it does not stick to the bottom of the vessel.
Remove the mixture from the heat and mix in the vanilla.
Now spread 8×8 foil paper on a tray and pour the mixture. Sprinkle sea salt over it.
Let it cool for 2 hours.
Finally cut it into square shaped candies. Then wrap it in wax paper.
Your candy is ready.
