Delhi leg of Manchester City's 'Champions 4-in-a-Row Trophy Tour' ends

New Delhi, Sep 24 (IANS) The Manchester City team has now departed from Delhi after an eventful journey. Fans got a chance to interact with club legend Shaun Wright-Phillips as well as witness the Premier League, Club World Cup and Community Shield trophies.

As part of the Champions 4-in-a-Row Trophy Tour, the Club organised a Coaching Day in Delhi, bringing together coaches and volunteers, with the aim of providing them a platform to experience Manchester City's methods of coaching in the community.

In addition, Shaun Wright Phillips visited the community in Sultanpuri to launch the “Healthy Heroes” project. The project aims to use the power of sports to equip youth from underprivileged communities with critical life skills and support their journey towards their aspirations of completing school. The day concluded with a special visit from members of the city's official supporters club, one of the 20 OSCs across India.

The Delhi stop of the Champions 4-in-a-Row Trophy Tour ended with an event at Vegas Mall, where fans got a chance to get their pictures taken with the trophies, interact with the new Boot Room experience and take part in football drills with Manchester City coaches.
