Saji's Golgappa Ingredients
Saji – 200 grams

Half teaspoon – salt

a pinch of baking soda

40 ml – oil

How to make Saji's Golgappa

Now take a big bowl. Add semolina, baking soda and salt in it. Heat about 40 ml oil and add it in it.

After oil, add water to the semolina. Add water to the semolina slowly and knead a soft dough. Mash the semolina dough well with your hands.

When the semolina dough is kneaded, cover it and keep it aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, if the dough seems too hard, add water to it and knead it again.

After this, dust with flour and roll out small puris from the semolina mixture. When you have rolled out the semolina puris, keep them covered.

After this, heat oil in a pan. Put the puris in it and fry them. Fry them till they turn golden brown. When you put the puris in the pan, keep the gas on high flame. After this, prepare its water to serve the puri.

Water – 1.5 litres

Green chillies – 5

Ginger slices – 3 to 4

Coriander and mint leaves – less than half a cup

Lemon – 3

Boondi – half a bowl

Black salt – one teaspoon

Garam masala – half teaspoon

Cumin powder – half a teaspoon

Black pepper powder – half a teaspoon

White salt – one teaspoon

Asafoetida – a pinch

Jala jeera – 2 teaspoon

White salt – one teaspoon

How to make golgappa water
step 1
First of all, prepare a paste with green chillies, ginger, mint leaves and green coriander.

Now take water in a bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of green chilli paste in it.

Add the rest of the spices to it. After adding all the spices, add lemon to it.

After this add boondi in it, this way golgappa water will be ready.

Potato Masala
Boil 4 to 5 potatoes well. Mash them well. Add half a teaspoon of green chili paste to this masala. Add half a teaspoon of black salt to it. Add some white salt. You can also add boiled chickpeas to it. Mix all the things well. This way the golgappa masala will be ready.
