Indore, 25 September (HS). As per the instructions of Collector Ashish Singh, special efforts are being made to make the traffic system smooth in Indore. On Wednesday, under the leadership of SDM Kalyani Pandey, the staff of Revenue, Traffic Police, Municipal Corporation, Mineral and RTO Department took action against 12 dumpers obstructing traffic on Nemawar Road.
SDM Kalyani Pandey said that on Wednesday, to remove the traffic obstruction caused by sand dumpers on Nemawar Road, various departments of the district administration, including the Revenue Department, Traffic Police, Municipal Corporation, Mineral Department and RTO Department officials and field staff, through a joint team, took action against 12 such dumpers, which were found standing on the road instead of the designated place, the sand market, due to which the traffic was being obstructed. Continuous efforts are being made by the administration to improve the traffic system, which will continue.
