Ingredients to make Raw Papaya Barfi
Raw papaya – 1 kg
Milk powder – 5 tbsp
Sugar – 2 bowls
Desi Ghee – 2 tbsp
Chopped dry fruits – 1 tablespoon
Food colour – 1 pinch

Raw Papaya Barfi Recipe
To make nutritious and tasty barfi from raw papaya, first wash the papaya and then cut and grate it. – After this, heat a pan on medium flame and fry the grated papaya in it. – After frying for some time, add sugar to it and mix well and cover the pan and cook for 15-20 minutes.

In this time the sugar will melt and mix well with the grated papaya. – Then add Desi Ghee, milk powder, dry fruits and mix everything well and let it cook for some time. After this turn off the gas. – Now apply Desi Ghee on the bottom of a plate or tray and grease it. – When the mixture is slightly warm, place it in a tray and spread it evenly all around. Now leave the barfi like this for some time to set. When the barfi freezes, cut it into pieces of your desired size with the help of a knife and take it out in a vessel.
