Try ginger pickle, the recipe is very easy
Material
Ginger – 1/2 kg
Lemons – 13-15
Vinegar – 2-3 tbsp
salt to taste
1.Peel and chop the ginger.
2. Combine ginger, salt, vinegar and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix well.
3. Keep the pickle aside for an hour.
4. When the ginger turns light pink, serve it.
