Lava O3 launched with bloat-free software and AI cameras

Delhi Delhi. Lava O3 is the latest smartphone of the domestic smartphone company in the entry-level market. O3 is the successor to O2 and has modest specifications like 4GB RAM. However, what stands out is its bloat-free software based on Android 14 (Go edition) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered cameras. The new entry-level smartphone also has a glossy back and a waterdrop-style notch on the display. The price of the new Lava O3 is Rs 6,199, but after applying discount offers and deals, customers can buy it for less than Rs 5,579. This smartphone is available in single Glossy Black, Glossy White and Glossy Lavender colors from Amazon and Lava's online store. The company has not said whether O3 will be available offline or not. Lava has also promised to provide free home service to O3 users across the country for three years.

Supporting dual Nano SIM cards, the Lava O3 features a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a 60Hz refresh rate. Powering the smartphone is the octa-core Unisoc 9863A processor, paired with 4GB of RAM. However, Lava claims that customers can increase the RAM capacity on the Lava O3 through the virtual expansion feature. The smartphone has 64GB of internal storage, but it can be expanded via microSD card. Lava O3 sports a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. The company said that its smartphone is equipped with features like AI, HDR and panorama. Its 5000mAh battery supports 10W charging via the bundled power adapter.
