Clash between passengers and airline staff
In this case, it has been informed that the flight timings were reduced on Wednesday due to which many passengers were left behind. Flight IX 682 departs from Tiruchi airport to Singapore at 4.25 pm. But NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) was issued by Singapore aviation authorities due to which the plane departed at 3 pm.
Due to this, 13 passengers were left behind at the airport. The plane took off with 160 passengers. Due to this, there was a clash between the airport officials and the passengers. Later, talks were held regarding refund and the travel timing of some passengers has been changed.
