New Maruti Suzuki Dzire : Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) is gearing up to introduce the much-awaited new generation Dezire in the domestic market. According to reports, this subcompact sedan will be launched in November. The new Maruti Suzuki Dezire will come with a new design, better interior and new engine. The compact sedan shares many elements with the latest Swift, especially inside the cabin, where feature and part-sharing will be quite noticeable. The same engine lineup will be used in both models.

The look will be different
If reports are to be believed, the upcoming Dezire will be launched on November 4. Talking about its exterior, it will get a completely different look with a bold design. It will get a large grille with several horizontal slats finished in chrome, new LED headlamps with DRLs and fog lights. Apart from this, the latest car will also have new alloy wheels, a redesigned rear with new tri-arrow LED taillights and a shark-fin antenna and an integrated spoiler on the bootlid.

The new Dezire will likely use the new 1.2L three-cylinder Z12E petrol engine. Performance numbers will be the same as its compact hatchback sibling, making 82 PS and 112 Nm. The engine will be mated to a five-speed manual or AMT. Maruti Suzuki will also offer the new generation Dezire in a CNG variant, which will cater to a wider customer base.
