Punjab Weather Update News: The weather has suddenly changed in Punjab. The Meteorological Department has issued an alert of moderate rain in Tarn Taran, Kapurthala, Amritsar, Gurdaspur for the next three hours. Apart from this, Ludhiana, Bagha Purana, Faridkot, Moga, Firozpur, Zira, Shahkot, Patti, Sultanpur Lodhi, Tarn Taran, Khadur Sahib, Raikot, Jagraon, Phillaur, Nakodar, Phagwara, Jalandhar, Nawanshahr, Garhshankar, Hoshiarpur, Baba Bakala, Batala, Alert of light rain has been issued in Bhulath, Dasuha, Mukerian, Gurdaspur, Pathankot, Dhar Kalan till 5.45 pm. Earlier in the morning also it had rained in Mohali.
Yellow rain alert has been issued for July 12. Meanwhile, there is a possibility of heavy rain in three districts Pathankot, Hoshiarpur and Gurdaspur. However, it rained briefly in Mohali this morning. Due to which people have got relief from the heat.
