Shahid Kapoor, The Bollywood star is well known for his fairy tale love story film ‘Jab We Met’ with Kareena Kapoor Khan. His latest film Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya got good appreciation for an experimental content. Now, This actor is working on his upcoming film ‘Deva’. This actor has appeared in over 46 movies till date but only in Bollywood. Shahid kapoor revealed his fear to enter South Indian Industry.
Many actors from Bollywood like Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Ajay Devgn and actresses like Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Ananya Panday, Janhvi Kapoor etc has made their South Indian debut. Shah Rukh khan recently made his south Indian debut with the film Jawan, Alia Bhatt made his Tollywood debut with the film ‘Bramhastra and RRR’, Janhvi Kapoor made her debut with the film ‘Devara’, Ananya Panday made her debut with Liger etc. Be it flop or hit, These actors have experimented something and explored something.
Shahid kapoor revealed his fear:
But, Shahid has always been in Bollywood and never in any other Industries. Many of his Jab we met fans from South India are hoping to see him in a South Indian film, but the silence from the actor has made ways to many speculations.
Shahid now responded to this saying, “I want to work in all languages, but what if people don’t understand what I say? That’s always the fear. To me, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada are all the same because I don’t know any of them. So if any director can trust me with that, I’d love to work in the South.”
